How does the reimbursement process work?
When approved, you'll get a sign-in link to your recipient portal where you can upload receipts. Approved receipts are paid out twice a month — on the 15th and the last day of the month — via e-transfer from CEO Ministries.
What is eligible for reimbursement?
Curriculum, workbooks, and educational books only. We do not cover field trips, school supplies (paper, pens), extracurricular fees, or other peripheral costs.
